If you would like to find out more about our Alpha Courses then please come along to our Alpha Supper on January 12th 2008, 7.30pm start, when you can find out more. All the questions you want answered you will be able to ask at this supper, call our co-ordinators Janet & Derek Sharkey to book your place on 01384 370365.
On Saturday 15th December at 7pm we have a Christmas Community Meal for 60 V.I.P guests here at ACC.
We are inviting members of our community who we have had contact with over the year to come for a free three course meal. There will be no fixed faith agenda on this evening, simply a meal to bless 60 people.
If you know of people you could invite see Sue Whitehouse, Jacq,, or John. If you can help prepare the meal or serve on the day please let us know. Your help will be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Last weekend ACC was involved in community work in Dudley and Bilston.
We aim to reach out to our local community but continuing to do community work within the local area.
The Brierley Hill Project has now raised £360,000 and it is hoped that it will be open shortly before Christmas.
Your continuing donations are still welcome as the building work nears completion.
Hello all our community partners.

What we are about to embark on, are the things our ancestors could only dream of, the things our forefathers took for make belief… our paths and destinies will be the tales that great story tellers will come to muse over in the future as a Golden Time which shaped a culture… a whole community transformed into something new, a new time, a new beginning, an era that will be remembered, this will be a time to end all times, to overwrite everything that has come before, to set the standard, the new seal of what is possible, it will crush what we once considered reality and cause us to declare no more will we live in mediocirty, no more will we blend in and settle for less! Now is the time that history can change, the tides can turn, the dark can become light and a world can change.
We stand on the brink of greatness and shout at the storm ‘try and stop me Oh great storm, see what damage you can do’ and when the Storm subsides, still we stand, still we believe, still we leap into a future that shines befor eus, we no longer drift into the night as passers by, we stamp our mark on history right now at this time, our footmarks crash into the dirt and leave an eternal impression, let our names be echoed through the ages for the Glory of God is near, they will call us the chosen ones who saw all things come to pass, that which isnt will now be, what we couldnt see will now be seen and that which we once dreamed and thought out of reach will pass us by every day without a flicker in our eye!
Let us seize our moment!

Our community activites have started again after a short summer break.
We have Crusaders at Hawbush School for years 1-6 from 3.15 - 4.30 and years 7+ from 5 - 6.30.
The Drop In for years 7+ is meeting from 7pm on Tuesdays at St Pauls Community Centre. We have just received some money from a grant and so will be buying some new equipment.
Sunday Focus which is for children age 5-11 meets at St Paul’s on 15th October, starting with a breakfast of cereals and toast followed by craft, stories, games, etc.
We have some exciting events for children on the Hawbush Estate over the summer holidays.
Each Sunday from 23rd July to 20th August we have our Sunday Focus morning at St Paul’s church which includes activities such as singing, craft, games, a quiz and stories as well as special prizes, not to forget a breakfast of toast and cereal. This takes place from 10.30am until 12noon.
We are also holding a Holiday Club for children age 5 - 11 at St Paul’s church which will include craft, games and singing and will feature our special Children’s Worker Paul Wilmott and of course, Kato the lion. This takes place from 10am until 12noon from Monday 1st July to Friday 4th August.
