LEADERSHIP TRAINING
One of our aims in the youth ministry is to ensure we have enough equipped and enabled leaders to fulfil our vision and the leadership training course is an integral part of this.
This allows us to bring predominantly young people (teenagers) together and teach them spiritual and practical tips on how to become a more effective leader.
Run by John Barton and Jane Longden, each week brings something different which is always great fun, and during the past year we have seen many young people develop their skills and move forward in their leadership capabilities as a direct result.
