Having spent nearly 30 years in the retail industry Adrian felt the call of God to serve in a staff capacity. From 2005 to 2017 Adrian worked as a full-time staff member as team leader. In May 2017 he was released by the church family to dedicate his time to serving the wider body of Christ in the town, region and nation. Adrian is married to Marion and has a son and two grandchildren.
Vanessa has a passion for community, and seeing the church reach the poor and marginalised. She works as a Debt Supervisor for Citizens Advice Bureau, and believes the church has a responsibility for serving those on the margins of our society. Vanessa is married to Paul, a children’s evangelist, and they have two teenage children.
Tim joined the team in September 2017 having spent the last decade working and studying in Nottingham. He has a passion for the truth, because the truth sets us free. This is partly worked out in his teaching, discipleship and pastoral care responsibilities at ACC. Tim is married to Jo and has four young children.
Tim joined the paid ministry team in 2008. He is passionate about teaching, supporting and investing in people, and developing leaders. Tim is married to Liz, and they have three young children.
Stacey works as a coach and mentor for the Brierley Hill Project, providing life coaching and support for the people of Brierley Hill and the wider Dudley area. He has a passion for seeing lives transformed by Jesus, and is involved in supporting people in all walks of life. He is married to Ruth, they have two teenage children.
David works for a large commercial law firm in the city of Birmingham and specialises in employment and discrimination law. He is also an employment tribunal judge. David has a passion for seeing Christ formed in both the life of the local congregation and the individual believer and the particular place of Scripture in seeing that happen. He is married to Philippa and has two daughters.
Phil has been part of the church family for over 40 years and is the longest serving member of the team. He has served in a staff capacity for the majority of this time as a part of the pastoral team. Phil is married to Anne and has four children and six grandchildren.
