ACC Youth is for young people aged 11 to 20. Our passion is to see young people become lifelong followers of Jesus, living out a vibrant and passionate faith each and every day.

We long to see a generation rise up into all that Jesus has called them to be.

Here are some of the things we do together.

Lads/Girls Groups
Young people (ages 11-16) getting together to chill out, meet friends, have fun and talk about faith in a relaxed and relevant way.

Lads – every other Wednesday, 7.15-9.00pm, at ACC
Girls – every other Tuesday, 7.15-9.00pm, at ACC

This is our bi-weekly gathering for all our youth aged 11-20. We gather around a meal, have some games, an interactive video message and an opportunity  to go ‘Deeper’ in prayer and faith for those that want to.

Every other Sunday evening, 5.00-7.00pm, ACC Upper Lounge.

Youth on Sundays

Storm is for young people aged 9-13. We meet every Sunday to explore different aspects of following Jesus. We want to grow in our faith and in our friendships with one another.

Sundays, 11.00-12.00noon, meet in ACC foyer

Surge gives young people aged 14-18 the chance to focus on topics tailored for this age group through discussions, Bible study and media, which give young people the opportunity to ask questions, dig deeper and find out what it really means to walk the Christian walk.

Sundays, 11.00-12.00noon, meet in ACC foyer

Youth Weekend Away
Every year we venture to an exciting activity centre for a weekend away together. This weekend is all about building friendships, getting to know each other better, and listening to what God wants to say to us. This is a great opportunity for our young people to develop and strengthen their relationships with each other and grow in God.

Youth Mission Week
We believe in reaching out into our community. A few years ago we began ‘mission on our doorstep’, reaching out to those in need in our local area through social action and community work. Every year we hold a ‘mission week’, where 30-40 young people sleep over at ACC and get involved in helping the elderly, gardening, kids clubs and more. It’s an amazing opportunity for young people to grow personally, spiritually and socially, whilst making a difference in their own community.

Once a year for a whole week in August
